Travis freaks me out. After literally brushing off a literally car crash (yes, a car actually ran into him and he just kind of walked away with a doofy grin like nothing happened), he started battling against this Biker fellow. The Biker sent out a Magby and, well, his Pignite gave it a five-punch-bashing more horrific than I’ve ever seen in my life. Surprisingly, the little Magby held his own against it. But I gotta say, that Pignite is looking like some sort of monster… It punches with such vigorous fury, making these low-pitched grunts, with a fierce piercing gaze and a startling pose.
Pokedex Entry #68 – Elekid:
I made a new friend today! I encountered Barry the Elekid on the side of the road today on Highway 6. Between Mr. Meow, Spook and I, we were able to convince him (totally not by force) to come along with us for the ride. He still seems pretty unfriendly towards me, but that’s alright, he’ll come around. After all, Spook seems to have taken to me well enough to listen, and frankly I think him and I are coming close enough to being friends by now.
Pokedex Entry #66 – Trubbish:
Travis seemed to catch a bag of trash on the side of the road in a Pokeball… or at least that’s what I thought. I mean, it made sense at the time. When I tried scanning it during the, “battle,” nothing came up. I wanted to say something, but he seemed excited about it and I didn’t really want to hurt his feelings. So hey, you can’t exactly blame me here. After all, he still thought my sledgehammer was actually a Beldum. Seems like the type that still believes in St. Deliberd, to be honest.
Pokedex Entry #74 – Klink:
Eponine finally caught her first Steel-type Pokemon! It was a Klink, a Pokemon I myself am actually pretty familiar with, as my brother out back in Johto had one. I’m pretty sure it’s evolved by now, maybe twice, so I’m excited to see what she does with it. It’s a pretty cool looking Pokemon after all!
Pokedex Entry #?? – Pink-and-Blue Angular Thing:
That weird pink-and-blue angular creature showed up again. We just arrived in the Welcome Center for Liyettle City after an exhausting nine hour trek along the Highway… Then, lights go out, everything starts malfunctioning. It said something about following something… Eponine insists it said, “Don’t follow blindly,” but I couldn’t make it out personally. Just ran off after that. Apparently it shows up in the Welcome Center here a few times a day.
Pokedex Entry #14 – Meowth:
We took a solid two days just to make some money and train our Pokemon up. Eponine helped me out with teaching Mr. Meow to use Pay Day. I think he’s gotten the hang of the idea, but he hasn’t pulled the actual move off yet. I’m looking forward to trying to have him pull it off in battle. I like money.
Pokedex Entry #135 – Noivern:
So we actually ran across a member of the Elite Four itself! Guy by the name of Richter. Wore a glove and had a huge scar across his face. Still seems like a cool guy, he let me see his Pokemon after all. He tossed out his Noivern, who he called Luna against Travis and Eponine, and absolutely destroyed them. Gave us a ton of useful information though, so hey, I think I like the guy. And he gave Bowser a frying pan! Anyhow, we’re finally on the way to check out the Gym.
